House rules

We want every guest to enjoy a peaceful, relaxing stay in our family home. To ensure this, we kindly ask that you read and respect the following house rules:

Intended Use

  • This is a family home, not a party house. We only welcome respectful families or groups traveling together quietly.
  • No stag or hen parties, retreats, clubs, or similar gatherings are allowed.
  • Any guest or group violating this rule may be asked to leave immediately without refund.

Noise & Neighbours

  • Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am.
  • Respect our neighbours — the house is in a peaceful area with families and young children nearby.
  • No loud music or outdoor speakers, especially during quiet hours.

Prohibited Activities

  • No smoking indoors or near open windows and doors.
  • No recreational drug use anywhere on the property.
  • No fireworks or open flames (including candles, fire pits, or BBQs unless provided and permitted).
  • No nudism around the pool.
  • No commercial activities (e.g., photoshoots, filming, events, or paid gatherings).

Pets & Animals

  • We do not allow guests to bring pets.
  • However, dogs may stay upon request and approval, with a small additional cleaning fee.

Pool Rules

  • No glassware near the pool — unbreakable cups and plates are provided.
  • Children must always be supervised by an adult while using the pool.
  • Use of the pool is at your own risk.

Guests & Visitors

  • Only registered guests are allowed on the property.
  • No large gatherings of non-registered guests.
  • Maximum occupancy must be respected at all times.

Safety & Property

  • Do not remove items (furniture, towels, games, kitchenware, etc.) from the property.
  • Report any damages as soon as possible.
  • No climbing on gates, structures, trees, or furniture.

Check-Out Expectations

  • Please leave the house in a tidy condition.
  • Rinse dishes or load them into the dishwasher.
  • Dispose of rubbish and recycling in the correct bins outside.

Additional Guidelines

  • Do not block access roads or neighbouring driveways.

Breach of Rules

Failure to respect these rules may result in the withholding of your security deposit and/or immediate removal from the property without refund.
